Are your products clean? 
Yes. We formulate to the highest clean beauty standards—aligned with European guidelines to ensure no sketchy ingredients, ever. 

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Always. Every formula is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No animal testing. No animal-derived ingredients. 

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are fragrance-free and dermatologist-tested through a clinical safety study to ensure they’re gentle—even for sensitive skin. 

Will the shades work for my skin tone?
We worked with a professional color theory expert to design shades that flatter all undertones and contrast levels—not just skintones. A color theory blog and quiz are coming soon to help you find your match. 

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once it's on the way. 

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only—but international babes, hang tight, we’re coming for you soon. 

Can I update or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away—so we can’t guarantee changes. Email us at hello@pepperpout.beauty ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it. 

Return Policy

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused items with the safety seal fully intact within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept anything that’s been opened or tested. To start a return, email us at hello@pepperpout.beauty. 

My item arrived damaged—help!
Email us a photo at hello@pepperpout.beauty within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
